What is PM4Subs?
PM4Subs is project management software for the subcontractor's office: estimators, project managers and office teams. Build proposals, review project launch responsibilities, assemble submittal packages and prepare change orders in a connected workspace.
Can I update and resend a proposal from my phone?
Yes. Open the proposal in your phone browser, make a correction, review it and email the updated PDF from PM4Subs using your configured sending account. PM4Subs handles the office workflow; Time4Subs / Forward Command is the separate app for daily field capture and reporting.
Is it only for masonry contractors?
PM4Subs grew out of a working masonry business. The proposal, project-document and task workflows can also fit other construction trades. Bring a typical job to your walkthrough so we can check the fit for your company.
Do we have to change everything at once?
