The first tools helped with individual problems: organizing proposals, finding information in specifications and keeping project records together. The next step is connecting that work so the team doesn't have to keep starting over.
In PM4Subs, an awarded proposal can start a project handoff. The company defines who owns the budget, contract, insurance, samples and submittals. The person launching the job reviews the details before putting the work in motion.
The same principle applies to extra work. Forward Command captures the field record; PM4Subs gives the office a place to price it and prepare the change order.
